Paisley Pettus Thomson Brings Heart and Leadership to the One Voice Arkansas Junior Board
When my sister Rowen was diagnosed with CAS, I didn’t understand it—I just knew she wanted to talk but couldn’t. Watching her struggle made me want to help. I’ve learned CAS makes it hard for her brain to tell her mouth what to do. Every word she says is a victory. Being her sister taught me patience, love, and that even kids can be advocates. Her voice matters. And so does mine. Together, we’re stronger.
