When it comes to combining ambition, service, and leadership, Mason McCaslin stands out as a young man dedicated to making an impact. A proud member of the One Voice Arkansas Junior Board, Mason brings a blend of business-minded focus and community-driven heart to the team.
Mason is currently pursuing a Business degree at the University of Arkansas, where he is an active member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Through his fraternity, he’s embraced opportunities for leadership development, teamwork, and philanthropy—values that align seamlessly with the mission of One Voice Arkansas. Whether supporting fraternity initiatives or lending his voice to causes he cares about, Mason believes in leading with integrity and building connections that last.
Before college, Mason graduated from Little Rock Christian Academy, where he balanced academic excellence with extracurricular involvement. His experiences through Fellowship of Christian Athletes strengthened his commitment to faith-based leadership and inspired him to pursue service opportunities that reflect his values. From volunteering at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where he served patients and families with compassion, to participating in Root Elementary and Potter’s House volunteer projects, Mason has continually sought ways to serve others with humility and purpose.
Entrepreneurial at heart, Mason also launched M & W Home Services, a small business offering landscaping, power washing, and moving services. Through this venture, he gained first-hand experience in marketing, sales, and customer service, developing skills that have shaped his professional goals. His internship with State Farm Insurance allowed him to further explore business strategy and sales planning, reinforcing his drive to excel in the corporate world while maintaining a strong sense of social responsibility.
As a member of the Junior Board, Mason is passionate about using his business insight and leadership experience to help raise awareness for Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). He’s eager to contribute to event planning, fundraising, and outreach efforts that support children and families affected by speech disorders across Arkansas.
Mason’s journey reflects a balance of professional ambition and heartfelt compassion. Whether he’s leading a service initiative, collaborating with peers, or brainstorming innovative fundraising strategies, Mason approaches every opportunity with a clear sense of purpose—to grow as a leader while helping amplify the voices of those who need to be heard most.
