Zoie Garcia

Fayetteville Arkansas

Zoie Garcia is a Junior Board Member at One Voice Arkansas and a freshman at the University of Arkansas, where she is majoring in Biology with plans to attend medical school. A proud member of Chi Omega, Zoie is passionate about leadership, community, and creating meaningful impact in everything she does.

A graduate of Baptist Preparatory School in Little Rock, Zoie was named Top Female Graduate and held numerous leadership roles, including Varsity Soccer Captain, Beta Club Treasurer, and Founder and President of the BPS Pickleball Club. Her drive to serve extends beyond school—she has volunteered with Arkansas Baptist Children and Family Ministries, Project Zero, and Dorcas House, helping support children and families in need.

In addition to her academic and volunteer work, Zoie recently earned her Arkansas Real Estate License and joined eXp Realty as a Luxury Real Estate Agent, where she operates under her brand Razorback Real Estate (@razorbackrealestate). Her guiding mission reflects her belief in building a life centered on purpose, compassion, and lasting influence.

Inspired by her younger niece's speech journey, Zoie brings empathy, creativity, and determination to the One Voice Arkansas Junior Board, where she advocates for children and families affected by Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). Whether in the classroom, the community, or her growing real estate career, Zoie leads with heart and is committed to making a difference that endures.

One Voice Arkansas is a growing hub for families, caregivers, and professionals seeking trusted, Arkansas-centered information and support around Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS). Our mission is to raise awareness and connect families with stories, resources, and insights specific to CAS — including early signs, evaluation, therapy options, local services, and advocacy. We aim to be an invaluable support for parents, speech-language pathologists, educators, and anyone walking alongside a child with apraxia.

Disclaimer: Consistent with our mission, One Voice Arkansas does not promote any single method, therapy, or approach. Instead, we share a wide range of experiences and resources to help families and professionals in Arkansas make informed, personalized decisions as they support children on their journey to finding their voice.
